ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in is from 15:00.
Check-out is until 10:00.
Early check-in and Late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an extra charge.

RATES AND PRICES
All reservations are governed by the rate conditions selected during the booking.

PAYMENT
Methods and terms of payment depend directly and exclusively by the rate conditions selected during the booking.
All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express).

CANCELLATIONS
Any refunds will be only applied based on the rate conditions selected during the booking.

DOCUMENTS
The lead guest is required to present a valid proof of identity (passport, identity card, driving licence), which is necessary for the registration required by current legislation.
Without this document, we're unable to provide you with the self check-in instructions, as our apartments do not have a reception.

CHILDREN
Baby cots may be requested, subject to availability.

RULES AND OBLIGATIONS
Quiet hours are from 22:00 pm to 8:00 am.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the premises including the uncovered areas.
Pets of any size are not allowed.
It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or events.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
